Petr Arkadievich Stolypin Russian Patriot Count Petr Arkadievich Stolypin Dedication By Father Nektarios Serfes Stolypin (1862-1911) was a prominent statesman of Russian Empire. He was the Governor of Grodno (1902-1903) and Saratov (1903-1906). In 1906 he became the Prime Minister and simultaneously the Minister for Internal Affairs. His politics was aimed at transforming the Empire into a modern democratic state with strong economy. On September 5, 1911 he was successfully assassinated in Kiev by an agent of police who was also the member of Socialist-Revolutionary Party. At Emperor's personal request, P.A.Stolypin was buried in Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Russian Royal Martyrs, Pray For Us! Glory Be To God For All Things!
